What's going on with them? I've called 5 times and emailed them over the past 3 days and I've gotten no answers/ email responses. Are they still in business? lol
yes. they can be a pain to get a hold of sometimes. kind goes in waves. get a hold of them 3 days in a row, then cant get in touch for 3.
it almost seems like mean green is ran by 2 people lol. an opperator and a tech.
either way, they are very helpful when you do get a hold of them, and make a quality product. i wish they would work on their customer service (in a contact way, not a customer support, warranty support way)
I ordered an alt back in November, gave them my billing info and nothing. They never charged my card, never sent anything. I waited over the holidays and called back to check status and they said they never had an order listed.
I re-ordered and they actually charged my card this time. Hopefully the alt makes it this time.
As a heads up I've gotten no response on emails, but everytime I call I get through to them easily.
no doubt. when i was shopping for alts i tried them all.

ohio - got 1 email

Alt showed up today. Less than 2 weeks from payment to when the alt arrived, not bad at all. Can't wait to try it out, my freakin interior lights dim when I crank on the heater at idle, stereo off. My stock 115amp alt sucks!
