Mclass vs PR, ported vs sealed

Yes.
(2) Dual 2ohm Memphis PR's

Ported in about 4 cubes tuned to 35ish.

I think anything more than 4.5 cubes would be overboard.
I dont have the ability or know how to make my own box. Its going to be a prefab box from my local audio store.

Your local audio store should make them. I'm sure there is a CA.com member near you that could help you out.

They're not hard at all to make. If you have clamps, a saw, glue, and can cut straight, you can build a box.

And it would take 1-2 sheets of MDF, which average around $30 or so a pop depending on location
Alright well then, i have the tools, what i need is, instructions. I also dont understand the whole "tuned" part.lol

Edit***

my local shop does make custom boxes, i just sent the guy a message asking if they could do a ported box for two 12" PRs thats about 4 cubes tuned to 35 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I was going to say, if they don't make custom boxes, they aren't much of an audio shop.

Just go to this link, plug in some numbers, and it will give you cutsheets for the box. http://www.reaudio.com/speaker_box/LPort_Box_Calc.html

The guy seemed a little confused at me asking for a 4cube box tuned at 35, he said "thats only for peak SPL, not SQ"
If that's what he thinks, he's retarded.

SPL enclosures are usually tuned around 50Hz or so. This is just a standard ported box.

Depending on the sub's specs, that box might be a tad big though.

yeah he said 3 cubes would be better

I can't seem to find the enclosure recommendations on Memphis' site. I would just call them tomorrow and find out before you pay the guy or start working.
I have talked to a guy I beleive his name was Jay(a rep with Memphis) on the phone when I was doing the enclosure for my brothers PR 15 on about 275 rms, and he said with tha little bit of power to do as big as possible but wouldnt go over 4 u ft(net)...

thats why I suggested 5 cu ft gross or so for 2 12s..... but I would definately call or email Memphis...they are a lot of help and get back in touch pretty quick.

and to the OP as far as instructions for tuning or whatever... There are sites to help with that or members on here that can do it for you as well as design the box for a small fee.
