MB Quarts QSD216 In Front, What Should My Rear Speakers Be??

I have no rears and i love it. If I would have rears i would not get coaxials, i would get something just for midbass.
IIRC, Midbass coming from behind you is the last thing you want...

I'm your exact spot but with reference series components. I picked up a set of MB Quart Discus 6x9's and threw them in the back off headunit power. Then I just simply set the fader to +13 (out of 15) to the front. At least theres something back there.

Yes, lots of people do run rear fill, but you will find it is distracting from the sound-stage. When you go to a concert, the sound guy doesn't put speakers behind the crowd, that would be retarded. Lots of people (including myself) try to imitate the "concert" sound if you will, which means no rear fill...

I have 6.5" "slots" in the doors and behind the headrest on the rear seats there are 2 speakers, but i dont know what size. They might be 6x9. I have a pair of S-type Alpine coxials back there (sps-13c2) but i wonder because they are coxials so will my system sound too bright?? Should i leave them or send them back before the return policy is up? JManpc ...whats in the rear of your ride??
