Is there a big difference in quality between the mb quart components(5.25) that range from $100-$180 (internet prices)? It looks like the RCE213 has a tweeter in the center of the speaker.

Just so you know...You can take that tweet out lol! YOu can either leave it like a co-axial or take the tweeter out of the center and put it where you desire.

But ne ways...Yeah there is a big difference and you would hear it too. The Reference series is way better then the regular Discus series. Cause I'm guessin' thats what the 100 speakers are. I would only use the Discus series for rear fill. I think the Reference Series is worth the penny especially since there already not that expensive.

Nah...$89 for reference RSC213, $150 for RCE213..The picture im looking at actually has the tweeter in the center while showing the separate tweeter so i wasnt sure.
