ok so which would be better?? 1500W MonoBlock Class D Onyx or 1000W MonoBlock Class D Onyx Series Car Amplifier?? and would the 1500 blow a 12 cadence daytona?? (just trying to find the best amp for my sub)

If u can afford the 1500 then its a easy choice. Just cause an amp can do say 1300watts does not mean you have to use all 1300watts. ^^^agreed, getting a more powerful amplifier than required is a good idea. This way you can prevent distortion at higher volumes and keep the amplifier from over working itself while bringing out the full potential of the speakers. Unfortunantly I dont have much experience with MB Quart amplifiers but I do know that onyx is their entry level stuff and being a Maxsonics company, I doubt you will see much difference between this amp and a crunch one... Ill do some research and see what I can find if you give me a price range

id say about 250-300 bucks?? but yea i messed up the first time picking out stuff i aint making that same mistake but yea bro if u could find me one that would be awsome

i have an mb quart discus 2k and i love it. and i got it for 200. and ive heard from a lot of people nothing but good things about the onyx series.
