Mb Quart subs, sound decent?

Was wondering if anybody has messed around with any of the newer MB quart subs? I was looking on ebay for some budget subs and noticed them they don't look too bad but thought I see if anyone has heard them.

Also any other good budget subs I should check out? Just looking for something cheap for the time being but still have good sounds for daily use.
