got this with a few items and it is not exactly what i need, was told it was the 4 channel and when i opened the box, surprise. it does not have the side pieces and is missing the power plug, but i tested it and it works fine. so, i will trade this amp for a mb quart raa4200 4 channel, you keep your side pieces and power plug, or trade for a phoenix gold x200.4, or a qaa4250 plus cash/some other additional trade. possibly trade for different 4 channel with similar output also. email me aamajette@yahoo.com, thanks!

Just want to put an FYI out there for whoever buys it.

Those power plugs no longer exsist. Unless you can find one in the back of an install shop you will have no luck getting it from the manufacturer.
