mb quart QSD 216 or diamond s600

it depends on how you like your sound. if you like your tweeters on the "bright" side, then qsd's are prolly the way to go. some feel the bright sound becomes harsh on their ears.

if you prefer a smoother/less harsh sound, then i'd say go w/ the hex w/ the silk tweeters.

I agree with emesdub, I've had both sets and the qsd's at times can be a little harsh for my taste. These two sets have a different sound, so if possible try to go out and hear them first. Either way you should be happy with both.

 
i have had both and like the diamonds much better.... i have used many sets of MB's and around 03 or so they started all blowing... never had a diamond with a problem yet.... i also think they sound better and get louder to keep up with heavy loud bass

 
the qsd 216's destroy the diamonds. the midbass is superior and the tweets are perfect for what you listen to. and.... the quarts have a very shallow mounting woofer. pop out your factory speakers and just throw 'em in
