What is everyones opinions regarding used comps? I have a neighbor willing to sell me used pce 216 and matching front speakers. He will sell it to me for half of what theyre going for in the market today. Anyone know how much i should pay just for the pce216 being theyre used? Also, any opinions on the speaker itself? thanks !!!

I never liked the idea of buying used speakers... how do you really know what condition they are in? You can't look inside at the voice coils.

But to answer your question, I think pawn shops look to buy used product at 25% of list at the most.

that is a GOOD price

if they are in good condition that is. If hes a really good friend, then I would buy them, if hes some joe off the street I wouldnt. Because if hes your good friend then he wouldnt rip you by selling you crap speakers.
