mb quart pce 216 power handling?

what about pairing a diamond d5600.2 with them and sending them 150 wrms per channel? I am trying to decide on running either a diamond audio d5600.2 with around 170wrms per channel or a PG xenon 200.2 w/200wrms per channel to a set of comps. I originally wanted mb quart premium pce 216's or maybe something by ology but with ology i am afriad they wont fit in my kicks so I dont know yet. what are a few choices for a good 6.5 set to look at in the sub-$350 range? and what do you guys think of boston pro's? I listen to mostly rock, metal, trance, soft rock and voice heavy ballad/traditional type music. Thanks for all your opinions //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I have mine biamped with the passives @ 85 x 2 each side. I had 200 per side before I switched amps and they never sounded better. In my opinion they will take all the power you can throw at them. I'm going to try and bridge my amp at 240 and see what that does next:eek: Power = clarity and control not just loudness!!

Go to the MB Quart forum page and ask Jeff Smith. I'm sure he'll tell you the same thing that I'm going to, Give them 150 CLEAN watts and you'll be set. More than that, the Xover wont like as well.
