MB Quart comps

For those of you with experience with MB quart comps, specifically the QSC 216 model. Do the cross overs flash when you are driving them too hard? Gains are turned down pretty low, not even half way. Im using a rockford P4004 amp to push them. Tonight when i got off work, i cranked my system and kept seeing a flashing light behind me. Thought it was the cops but it was my cross over. Funny thing is, its only 1 is doing it. What could this problem be?

last time i saw i believe MB crossover have a fuse/lightbulb source. When your playing them hard the light seems to flicker.

Ya, there is a light in the crossover that is suppose to take some of the load off of the tweeter when pushed hard.

Ok thanks. I was wondering because i didnt hear any audible distortion coming from the tweeters or midbass. But i'll adjust my settings. Thanks guys
