How much power to send to speakers?

This may seem like a silly question, but I'd like some feedback from some more experienced folks: If my Xtecs get plenty loud off of my amp running unbridged at 60rms (gains still turned pretty low), is there any reason to run them bridged at 180rms? Does more power offer anything other than more volume in regards to SQ?

It depends on the speakers really. A buddy of mine has 75x2 on tap and wanted to know how the Crystal SSCS 6 sounded on his amp, so we swapped it in for mine. After setting the gains and tweeking my HU, the quality wasn't there. They sounded sort of hollow and lacked overall clarity. The midbass was definitely gone.

We put my amp back in (150 x 2) and the difference was night and day.

What are your comps rated for?

I would suggest 80 ah of yinglong lithium and a H/O alternator. I'm running 40 ah with a 320 alternator on a 3.5K and it isn't enough.
