Mazda b4000 simple installation help

Hey there,

I own a 2002 Mazda b4000.

I am about to start a simple installation of a 10" Sony xplod subwoofer and 1200 watt Sony explod amp.

My first situation is that I'm not sure how to remove the 6-disc CD/Radio out of the center console.

The second situation is will I need to go out and buy a new head unit in order to allow the sub and amp to work at a full potiental?

Any kind of help would be much appreciated.

you can install a line output converter to get a signal to your subs. it will need to connect to either the front speaker wires or the rear speaker wires.
