massive cw12 vs. rlp 12

So I have narrowed down my sub search to these two subs. I have read many reviews of the two, but I am still having trouble deciding. They cost approximately the same and have about the same power ratings.

I already have an 850W @ 2ohm amp so I need a d4 sub.

I am going for more sq I guess but I would still like some spl. It will be going in a 1.3cuft sealed box, I may make another box depending on the sub later down the road. (it will still be sealed).

So what should I get. Im guessing the answers are going to be "get what you want, you wont be dissapointed". But I would like to hear what everyone elses personal oppinions are.

Thanks

get the massives. i have some pw12s and some rw12 and they are amazing i will never run anything else. the pws are 200 rms and 400 peak and i couldnt believe them i had them running 2 ohm with only 170 watts to each and they were loud. now i have rws and 370 watts to each at 2 ohm and there is noone around that can touch them.

Did over 400 + burps last season with my DMX 15, over 20 first place trophies with it, so I have no complaints from the SPL aspect of things.

The CW's are a scaled down version of the dmx with more SQ in the mix. Great loud subs that are pretty good lookn to boot. I got 148.5 or so just using 1 12" CW sub with proper power and enclosure that really was too big for it. Just something to consider.

Admittedly Massive Audio's sales / sponsorship program is lacking, but hey luckily they have nothing to do with making the subs, which are just fine.

I would go with the massive, but I am bias. Low-Hz has them in stock and you would be delaing with Low-Hz (Ben and Myself if you went through me) and not the company itsself. I am only an hour drive from you as well. Let me know if that is what you want. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Im in Lake City, where I-75 ad I-10 meet. I wouldnt have anything in stock but I am a Low-Hz rep so if anything is wrong you can talk to me face to face instead of via e-mail or phoen with ben and I can help you out as much as I can.
