Well I know someone running 2 15 inch fully loaded BTLS with 2 Orion 2500ds and he couldn't manage 150 in a coupe accord... I would try the DMX

considering that everyone is on the Fi bandwagon im very impressed with how many votes the dmx got. that should tell you something right there. even tho there are 2 more votes on the BTL than the DMX u still gotta keep in mind that n00bs that haven't even used the subs before voted Fi just because they have the Q's or SSD's and they like them so the BTL has to be good. I like the DMX and it was a very good sub i would recommend it!

Well Kenny Pollock had 2 fully-loaded BTL18s in a wall. I think he hit something like 154. I'd go with the DMX just because it seems like half the forum is running Fi.

Ive heard a dmx 12 in a tiny ported box and it hit but ive also heard a BTL and it hit just as loud with a lower amount of power to it than the dmx. I myself like the Btl better and i am gettin one myself since i had a dmx 12 in my truck but it sometimes skipped notes. Both are good subs but it all depends on the box

i like seeing all this hype about massive, always been one of my favorite companies.

heres a review/comparison by car audio mag of their first dmx. completely different sub from the current stage 2 but still was a good sub. Ive got 2 of the first 12s, 2 15s, and a stage 2 12.

Ive had a 12" dmx and I now have a 15" dmx and you will love it.........a very good sub just not a really low note killer but for what it is I think it hits lower then the btl's Ive heard and the MTs also which are all basically designed to do the same thing.

But to hit 150 youll need a smaller box more like around 3 cubes tuned high,but for a really good DD Id put it in 4-5 cubes if you like the lower notes with around 3000 watts and tuned to around 36hz.
