ya I talked to him about that and it seems like a great woofer but some people recomend the BTL over the DMX so I am just gettin some input from everybody on here and see who likes what while I do some research on it.

cant go wrong either way... but everyone has the FI boner and not as many people are running massive even though they are good shit. Id go with massive. $89 recones FTW

I voted Massive for 2 reasons. 1) Be different and try something that's not the forum boner (I'm not saying the Fi is not a good sub, but pretty soon Fi will not be a unique brand to have). 2) I've done 2 installs with the DMX, one of which is probably one of the loudest trunk cars I've ever heard. The guy is doing 147 Db's @ 39 Hz with 2 DMX 15's off of one P3000.1.

The DMX and BTL are both very capable subs to get you to a 150, but 150's don't come easy. I would say take a quarter, assign each woofer to one side, flip it and see what happens. With either woofer you will be very pleased.
