Yep, this is the sub that I competed with all year, and got 30+ trophies with last season. This is a prototype Massive Audio DMX Stage 2 15" quad 1 ohm monster...weight is 50+ lbs. This sub is no joke, it takes alot of power to get it moving. Ive personally put on 4kw to it and was doing 152ish with it, and its capable of doing more with more power. Now the sub has some miles on it, and the dust cap is beat up a bit but we can get you a new dustcap for it form my Massive Audio contacts since I used to be sponsored by them. Anyways, here is a run down on the specs from the Massive Audio website :

Magnet: Double Stack 200oz Ferrite Magnet.

Motor: Chrome Plating On Both Top and Bottom Plates.

Cooling: Custom Design Hyper Ventilation Design On 30mm Thick Top Plate.

Re-Cone: Custom Design Re-Movable Gaskets.

Cone: Custom Design Light Weight, Thick Woven Carbon Fiber Cone.

Surround: Custom Design 1" Tall Foam Surround.

Spider: Custom Design Double Laminated Spider With Woven Tinsel Leads.

Voice Coil: Custom Design 3"-Quad 1 Ohm Alum. Wire On Thick Black Alum. Former.

The SPL box I made for it is also for sale, double resined inside, filled corners, waxed interior walls, perfect durline application outside and no seam lines can be seen on it...it could be used for a coffee table it looks so good...its does over 150+ and has outlaw port scores of 164 tuned to 65 hz, I have termlab pics if someone needs to see them....box for $250 (alot of work and money went into this box)....the sub isnt mine anymore to trade but the enclosure is...so i'll accept trades for it if its worthy.

the size is 25" x 25 " x 15" ... almost perfect cube...ports are however long you want, throat of them extend out 2.5" off the side

I dunno man, i recently did a box for a mustang like yours and it might fit if you insert it in from the interior side of your trunk....but it was actually built for my corvette as you can see below

Only 13.5 high.

I got my back seats out now........Id have to cut to get 15 in and not gonna cut a Cobra up to do it.

So that box is like over 3-3.5 cubes and that sub still took 4000 plus watts...........

nah not quite that large of an interior once you figure in sub displacement....and yes i dumped 4k into it and took it like a champ.....DMX's are no joke....they're definately RE MT's replacement

****, and I just bought the AQ/MT hybrid 15" in the other thread. Oh well, I won't have enough power for this sub though. I remember seeing it and it is nice.

How do you attach those ports to the box? Just use screws w/silicone around the edge?

I see the ports are very easy to adjust, but how do you actually attach the flares together when you join them with the couplings?
