Yes, very nice.

I can't wait to see what jeepinit does with his 4 CW's with 800rms each. Should be pretty amazing.

Funny thing about this sub that i noticed is that it moves a ton of air at low fequencies, but not so much at upper bass (which your midbass drivers should take care of anyways)....so id really classify this as a low bass monster.

and you did all of this with only 600rms? or did you feed it at 2ohms from the 1501d?

oh im sorry, you asked that before...yes I wired the 1501d to 2 ohms so the sub got around rated power for it. The 1501d is actually a great match for this sub, or any amp around the same characteristics.....the sundown 1500d would be an awsome mate to this //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif

doesn't that amp do 1500W @ 2 ohms?

did you just limit the gain to do 600W?

Actually for the burp I hit it with all it had in the amp....so it was seeing around 1500 watts to it, and yes the "maximum" is 1200 watts, so was a bit over and no issues.
That is good to know it can take a lot of power for burps:up2somet:

so any numbers yet? im so clsoe to hearing mine, i cant wait!!
You really need to get that all installed. I can't wait to see the results. But I am sure you are getting it done as fast as possible;)

Also, snoopdan hit 145.8 db's on a TL with a single CW 12. So with a proper install and 800rms to each driver like you said you had, you should be right around 150db's.

nice sub and review,,,,
I think the PUCKER might go away over time as it breaks in maybe?

no its just the simple physics of the material in the tall surround not being able to go anywhere when it travels inward and makes odd patterens of pucker. Its really harmless and looks worse than it is. Actually I think it looks kinda neat, makes it look like your sub is workn harder than it is //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
