Hey everyone, I've ran across a used Massive Audio TW-12 sub for $40 and was wondering is this brand and/or model is any good? I haven't heard of the company but then again I'm also somewhat new to car audio. What do you guys think? Hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me. Thanks for the time.

looks solidly built, not bad for a beginner's sub.

works perfectly together, just dont clip the signal and learn how to set gains correctly. On one of the sites it suggests 2 cubic feet net so i'd start off with that for a box. Cant find any other specs to give you exact ideal box specs, can only do a generic design and some testing on your end. Box tuning will be based on your music preferences but 32 to 36 hz is a general tuning. where in socal are you?

True. I was bummed that I missed out on these 2 10" Eclipse Aluminum subs for $100 on OfferUp. Subs looked brand new too. No dings on the cone.
