When they kick at your front door, how you gonna come,With your hands on your head, or on the trigger of your gun?
Its ridiculous. They toss in a flash bang thats so friggin loud that your hearing will be gone for a short period of time. Then they start to yell police as if you can hear wtf they're saying //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Truth be told, if anyone kicks in a door 100% Id go with the latter. If however a respectful "knock" on the door is done saying there is a search warrant to serve, there wouldnt be a problem.

I agree, and I work in the field..

we dont have a swat type team for that kind of situation, but we do have an emergency response team

I dont know why the flashbangs are used like they are by many agencies.. its hard to hold someone liable when they are hit by a percussive blast of light and sound...

it all just depends on regoins, and how they do it.. out here, its much more of the yell, then go in..

hoestly, if I heard an explosion in my house, and was still aware enough to realize someone was in there, coming for me, my first thought would probably be to reach for a gun as well

Im glad no one was hurt here, especially as it seems to be a mistake

Shoot first, read search warrant later! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Huh?

Not that I disagree, I feel indebted to the men and women abroad protecting us, but just wondering what that has to do with the topic?
He is implying that we have no freedom.

everyone lived happily ever after. Well, except for the dead cop of course.
Not exactly.

Brian Eggleston was charged with aggravated first degreemurder--a premeditated murder of a police officer performing his duties--and several lesser crimes. Brian Eggleston was tried twice on these charges, and ultimately was acquitted of the charge of aggravated first degree murder but convicted of the lesser offense of second degreemurder of Deputy Bananola, as well as first degree assault (for shooting at one of the other deputies, Warren Dogeagle) and marijuana possession.
They removed a load bearing wall from his moms house, to collect bullet holes, and effectively destroyed the house.

He is like 10 years into a 40 year sentence.
