my friend was just in South Africa for the Marines....he said it got up to 135!!!!...shade was around 115...night time it got down to 70's which was "freezing cold" like shivering....how do you not burn instantly!!

He said you had to drink water all day because his body could not hold it.

yeah i was over seas and it was 140 during the day and 100 at night but it was sooooo humid you could taste the water in the air... it was nasty... you really do drink water all day... i think i usually drank 10 20oz bottles of water on a 12 hour shift

yea the same in iowa. like 98...but like humidity is so bad. so sticky out. ahh had a doubleheader yesterday(baseball) pitched the 1st game. almsot fainted the 2nd. i sweat all the sweat i had. i was dry the 2nd game.

you're heat factor wont be anywhere near 125 even with that humidity...id say maybe 115.....granted thats still hott as F...

It doesnt account for the real world index... it can be 90 here with 90% humidity and every weather site i check it will say it feels like 98 or something....Its bs... i was in arizona, vegas, cancun, at 110 air temp i was fine... All i noticed was the sun seemed to be hotter... When ur around90 and 90% humidity, u sweat ur *** off and its hard to even breathe... and tell me how Wisconsin is gonna be any different than Chicago...if anything it would be tamer....and a 100 deg. temp with 80% humidity is a heat index of about 115...sorry, no comparison to 125...whole new world....>BUT.....yes, you do sweat more with the humidity.
