That is why I am so skeptical of online retailers. I'll usually pay more to a local shop to avoid that kind of hassle. The only thing worse than having to wait for your new schwag is to have it arrive unusable. It has taken me 3 weeks to get the parts from Crutchfield to get my tuner to remember xm radio presets, but to their credit, their customer service/support is awesome albiet w/ slow shipping</p></blockquote><p></p>
