ouch... You could have went on woofersetc.com and gotten the ARC KS 6006 for the same price.

Expect some pretty harsh highs from either the S or the R and little midbass.

They arnt horrible. But I wouldent spend more than 100 for them. The crossover that comes with it is a POS in my opinion. See if you can return them for the Rs?

the type s sounds harsh to me, but can get really loud. send them about 120 watts and they will sound pretty good. You paid to much for them, they are around $70 on most sites.
