yeah once u pass billings it gets better. when i first hit montana we came in through SD and it was really flat east side does blow

Dogwoods blooming, turkeys gobbling, birds singing, grass growing, chicks wearing booty shorts and sleeveless tops, and a comfortable temperature throughout the day.

Best season of the year, by far.

Finally time to go camping this weekend. Lows in the 30's but not freezing. Hopefully the fish are hungry!

Crappy cellphone pic as it was kind of dark out, but got a 17" brown out of one of the lower elevation lakes where we go camping. Nothing huge but was a fun fight. Pretty crazy the amount of roads/trails that were still snow covered and closed while we were up there. Nothing like hiking through snow in late May to go fishing. Hopefully there will be less snow and less runoff up there in a few weeks.
