Making Binding Posts (HOW TO?)

With anything that stays somewhat flexible once dry, really. Just make it big enough to barely fit the wire through, and you don't have hardly any gap whatsoever to fill in.
And that won't hurt a sealed box? Good to know, will have to do that. It's always good to get rid of any resistance possible.

1/4" brass bolts with wing nuts on the end. I'm always testing out different stuff or changing impedance so it makes it really easy to swap on the fly.

If my stuff was more permanent I'd just drill a hole, run the wire straight to the sub, then silicone around the hole.
