best way for me.... boiling water is just hot enough to make the pvc VERY elastic. place mold in pot of boiling water and push pipe slowly onto mold (or let it heat up then put mold in water and push down on it a bit faster)

works for me no prob every time. hardest part is finding a good mold...

One way is using your jigsaw to cut out a few MDF discs with angled sides then stack them up to make a cone type thing. Then use some wood filler to build up the curvature of the flare near the base of the cone.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. It actually looks very clean and smooth, besides the color of course.
it was my first time using fleckstone an it came out a lot better than i thought. The pink though is a lil smoother than regular fleckstone. Laid white fleckstone first(3 coats) an then jus pink spray paint over it. It took way some of the texture but in person its still noticeable
