Yea, I can do that. I can generate pure tones at any frequency and combine them with anything else. You might as well figure out what frequency you are loudest at and use that tone.

Just get me the tracks you want. I can mix, filter, combine, split, etc. Send me a PM and I'll give you my email addy.

Goldwave will let you do most of what you want. Nero soundtrax will let you combine tracks easily. I have other editing/creation programs for making music.

I would use Goldwave to filter the music tracks and generate tones. Then Soundtrax to play them at the same time, overlapping, etc.
