i was thinking if i could solder a small magnet on each of my two speaker wires, then soldered another magnet on each + and - on my amp. the reason because i broke part off part of the screw on my amp due to over tighting it. im not sure how the magnetic field will effect the signal. what do you guys think?

Thirded. I'd also recommend drilling out the old screw and putting in a new one.

Besides, magnets don't like heat. They tend to lose their field. So soldering is pretty much out...
