Mag or RL-p

which would get louder off a hifonics Bx1500d in a sealed enclosure

1 15" mag or 2 15" RL-p's ?

i've been leaning towards the mag but i can get 2 15" RL-p's for a little more than one mag would cost

never heard either driver but which one would get louder?

Do you mean he will like 2 rl-p's more than one mag or 1 rlp he will like better than 1 mag? And which version of the mag did you own?

Out of that comparison, I'd definitely go with a pair of Rl-p's.

depending on your goal....

if SPL is your goal, than most likely the two 12" rlps will be louder, if you are going for SQ and still getting **** loud then I would definatly go with the MAG especially the new ones.

I agree. 2 12 inch rl-p's are going to have more output than 1 inch mag. But the mag will still get very loud and sound great doing it. Depends all what you are looking for.

Either one should please you.....If you can get the pair of 15"s at a nice price, go for it.

it's been said, but the rl-ps have great sq and great output as well. given the right enclosure, they'll freaking bang your socks off. lol. but the 2 rl-ps would be a great way to go if you can go a lil more than the mag. depends. can't go wrong with either one IMO.

SQ IMO the Mag is better, but the SS is very impressive

ive heard two 12" mags and they are awesome, they really get shitz shakin in the right sized box. I heard the rlps will get **** loud to, i was goin to get those over my SX's, but i will own some rlp's in the future to come

2 rlps will be louder, more cone area and such. But IMO , i would go with MAG. SS is great sub, but just dont care for certain features of the sub.
