i never heard a mag, but evryone says they are good, so they just have to be... right? anyways, i heave heard a 12" d9/tdx, one of each, and they sound real good. hit all the notes, get real low, and real loud. i dont think you can go wrong with a d9.

I love my D9's, but I've never heard the Mags. On another note, I have heard the W7's and while I might take the W7s over the D9's, I don't think it is worth the price diff. You wont be dissapointed with the D9s.

I had the second gen mag and now currently own the new Mag 15 and LOVE it!!!! This sub is worthy of all the good reviews it gets, as well as all the talk about it. Very accurate on all notes, very loud, and the build quality is great.
