ok dunno if it goes in here but wanted to share, bulding some rings for some door pods. first time making rings still have to make the 6.5 rings but got done with tweeters, what you guys think?

realy first time i got into the whole setup of car audio, before it was just putting stuff in stock locations and not knowing anythingabout anything lol. glad im learning, been hearing things differently too now that im in cars, like how they are imaged and stuff because i know what im listening for sorta cool

ok built some speaker rings today, came out aright. also threw together an amp rack but couldnt find dads circular saw so had to use a 20 yera old jig saw that cut horribly. o well will just have to use lots of wood filler and sanding then paint it so it looks good //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

btw speaker is sunk into the ring about half an inch, the grill is huge might have to change it up dont like it much this way, maybe bottom mount speaker i dunno

did you turn out your tweeter rings on a lathe? It seems to me that would be the easiest, safest, and most efficient way of doing rings that small.

heres the box, i need to paint it still. roughly 3.5 cubes after displacement and all tuned to 34 hertz, it is also a double faced front

al the white stuff smeared on it is filler to fill all the screw holes and stuff.
