mach 5 audio

I have 2 maw-15s in 6cuft ported to 31 with 480rms to each and coulden't be any happier with price, quality, sound, loudness everything.

I bought two SPL-12s from him. I haven't recieved him, but its not his fault. (F*ck Canada Post!, they have it but they lost it but they still have it... yeahh...) Prompt shipping, great guy to deal with... will be dealing with him again in the future...

I've been beating mine up in the spl lanes all season without any issues. Threw it on 5K at the last show, but got some funny results, so not sure how much actual power it was receiving.

Rockford 3K 1 12" tuned to 43Hz in a smaller suv. Had it up to 148.1 legal so far. 148.6 in testing.

Still reaching for the 50's. It's time to start working on the vehicle, since I have reached my limit.

So what do you think the max daily power you'd give one would be? I've got two SPL-12s, been thinking of a GP-3000D Pro @ 0.5 ohm daily...

I didn't run it to much daily, but the odd times I did I wired it up to 4 Ohm's which was giving it just over 1K, and it still bumped properly. As long as you keep the signal clean (no clipping) it should take it. Wirring lower than a amp is rated daily is just asking for trouble. Things will heat up quickly.

If your really beating on it, just touch the dust cap and see if it is warming up. I have had mine almost to hot to touch during testing one time, and it kept asking for more, and my scores were staying about the same.

This is my latest box for it. For a spl sub in a spl box it sounds decent on music too.

It says on the site there 1500W RMS.

What was the box tuned to?

Time for a recone //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif... Guess I deserve it for all the abuse I dealt out. Loudest sub I've had yet. Haven't heard my 9515 yet but I'd be happy to do a comparison by ear.

i dont see how mark can sell his subs with shipping included in the price. it cost me $40 to ship it back to him so that means he is getting about $120 for a 10" IXL...
