Mach 460 stereo in a Caddy

I currently own a 2000 Mustang with a mach 460 stereo and a friend of mine who owns an early 90's Cadilac DeVille(note: it has a double din dash) wants to buy my factory stereo. Now before I continue I can tell you that I have had considerable experience with car stereo and truly believe if it was possible that I could do it, but what I am asking is that if it is possible. If there are any unforseen technical problems that would make this impossible to do or is it that because this is so impractical, and unusual it wouldnt be acceptible. Thankyou for your time.
