new to this having problems

ok hers my problem i just bought a head unit and speakers for my 88 dodge. i installed the headunit last week everything was fine last night i put in the rear speakers they worked fine today i installed the front speakers they worked fine until i was putting my glove box back in i touched the two wire for the glove box light together i blew a fuse so i replaced it. i was a bit scared for my head unit i turned it on it power up but no sound to the speakers so i but some old speakers to the back of it and they worked fine so i have no clue what to do to fix this problem. o ya i can only get one rear speaker to some what work when i put my old radio back in

Being a little more clear of the problem may help . It sounds like you have a speaker wire shorted somewhere . CHeck all you connections and check for shorts ..

ya it was the head unit fuse didnt even think of checking it thanx for the help
