MA Audio M489I

Would the MA Audio M489I be good to power a set of Rainbow Soundline slc's on the front channels and a pair of pioneer revs on the back. Does it do rated Power. Any help would be appreciated

I don't see why not... not going to be the best amp sound quality wise (if you can tell the difference) but it'll do what it needs to.

Depends on you.... will you notice the slightest difference in your car. If this is a first setup and you don't have a reference point, by all means go with the MA. It's got plenty of power for the SLC's
