Ma audio installation

i sold this guy a ma audio in dash tv and it wont work for him at all. he cant power it up or anything. i was wondering if there were and sugestions to make this work correctly. help asap

Maybe while hooking it up he grounded out the power or something to it and it blew up?

he told me that he took it to a shop and the guy said it was blown. the thing is i think the guy that sold it to me sold it in this condition b/c i never had it installed in my car. is there anyway to fix a blown head unit? and what would the be the best shot i have at this point. i am trying to contact the guy that sold it to me but he wont respond, i think i got screwed over.

and if anyone wants to buy this ill sell the whole package F&*&in cheap
