Personally, when a ~4kw ~$4XX amp comes around i'm a little iffy ... Unless your in some HUGE money crisis stick with more reputable brands and beef up your electrical //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

hello to everyone.i am curious about this amp myself and a few others.i did some reading about it.i'd like to know how clean sound quality wise it is and how much current i need to run it.i plan to sell my earthquake ph-d2 and replace it with something around the same wattage.thanx in advance.

power is power. ma makes good shit but alot of it does require a big *** bad *** tight *** electrical.

i have 4 of them i use to have 5...they are decent amps but pretty current hungry...you'll need a beefy electrical to support these bad boys....

well i will have a high output alternator soon thats 220 amps with 2 batteries so it will have the juice im sure

ma audio amps are well known to be hungry for teh amperes.

I think one of their designs shared boards with a visonik. Prolly the only visonik anyone here bought.... it did well modded but was really hungry for juice.

I know a guy with the 4400. It does ok even though he needs a stronger electrical. He's also had it for years and its still pumpin'

Use the search option. Alot of reviews. Ppl that hate them ppl that love them. Actually go on dbdrag forum termpro. And search there. You can find some power numbers and such.

I run the 4000d's.You need lots of power to make these sing.But for the price its a great amp.However the money you save on the amp you will be spending in batteries to keep it running.

Get something different. Everyone talks about how Alphasonik is made by Audiobahn. Do you really want an amp made by Visonik? For the money, I'd rather get something used.
