MA Audio 15' SUBwoofer...5000rms 10000max eho154....amp to power on a budget?

I just got this MA Audio 15 sub...that says it does 5000rms and 10000max in a car audio barter..

now clearly i don't have that much money to play with cuz ive been bartering alot on craigslist. So now im on the fence about keepin this sub...

is there any amp under 250 bucks that could power this? can i get a 1200rms amp and run it to this...or will that kill the sub?

i only have an 200amp alternator cuz i just sold my kinetic and 0 gauge...so is it gonna be worth it....or should i just trade for a different smaller system...

this is in my daily driver...i love to be loud...and i hear this sub is loud...but not great?

Motor looks wrong to be a Hard Kore. Specs sound right though. It should take 1500 rms no problem.

im just worried...if im underpowering it....im wondering if a sub can **** too much juice from the amp..?

and im on ebay lookin at amps right now....but like soundstream/powerbass/audiopipe amps scare me cuz ive never delt with those brands yet..

what amp would you recommmend? 1500rms?

Any of them are fine. And as long as you set your gains proper you cannot underpower a sub. The do not "su c k" juice. They take what is given.

out of the 3 amps you named i would say power bass and this does not appear to be the 5000rms ma audio sub (i may be wrong) but you will be fine with 1500 rms on this sub

Eho is like a bigger tc9 driver you should be fine with 1500~2000rms on this driver daily

Audiopipe has the 1500 and 1800 amps which can be had for super cheap. You can snag a ap1800d on caco right now for about $150 shipped

looks like the same sized motor as the DMX15 (but this one has a pole vent)
