MA Audio 15" vs. Kicker CVR 15"

Alright, I've started fiber glassing a box in the back of my Caprice and I want to put four 15"s in it. I've been trying to find some nice subs at a decent price. I think I've narrowed it down between MA Audios MA15D4 and Kickers CVR 15, also a dual 4ohm. I've had a pair of Kicker 12" CVRs before and I just wasn't impressed, but online I read that it's a world of difference between the 12" and 15" sub they make. And MA audios sub seems to have a decent rep and is used by a good amount of people also and has a bigger magnet. Just looking for some imput before I purchase. Thanks

My friend has 3 12 inch MA's in his Lexus and they sound good but, on the other hand my girlfriend's cousin has 2 15 inch Kickers in his Blazer. Both sound solid. I have been in the Blazer alot more and the Kickers kinda grew on me. MA from what I have read is the best sub for the money. But, like I said you can't go wrong with those Kickers so I don't think you will go wrong with whatever you choose. Fiberglass is awesome man that's what I want to do with my 18 and amp rack. Good choices in equipment in my opinion!

What year caprice do u have? I have a 94 and I had two cvr 15's in a ported enclosure powered by a planet audio tt1250 and that setup was really loud for it was. I personally think ma audio is azz but a lot of people use them. Um... if u go kicker four 15's in a forth order bandpass would be really really nice powered by a. Incriminator 2000d. If u have the cash try sundown audio products. U won't be sorry

I have used both of those subs but in 12" versions... The kickers are way better subs IMO.

I also have a 94, yours looks pretty sick... I'll have to look into that fourth order bandpass, I'm not exactly sure on what that is... I've had a couple different systems in the car, and the 15"s definatley make a difference... I had a cheapo system in there with 3 visonik 15"s and a prefab box and it beat. So now im gonna do 4 in the back seat and see what happens... I guess I'm really leaning on the CVRs now, but I need to do a little more lookin...

Do the Incriminator 187 15's. Amazing subs for the price, and get loud with little power. I'm running one sealed off of a Kicker KX400.1, and it flexes the roof of the Neon it's in //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
