LOWER my Accord

its an 04.. i didnt bother takin side shots cause 1) It's too close to the beetle haha, and 2) It's too dirty //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif oh and ya just tein s-tech springs

gah AJ is your car lowered yet?
Not yet... but Im changing my mind now. Im being lazy and dont feel like going thru the trouble. Even tho my car really needs it. But it causes too much trouble: possible chasis problems, camber issues, tires get eaten up fast, rims can bend easier, harsher ride, possible damage to wheres due to hitting a bump...... lower is not better.

I saw a bagged truck today it was soo pimppp!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif It was "sitting" on the ground basically, the chassis was on the ground resting while the driver was at the movies. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Hmm... I just installed my headlights and Im stoked about that. Yeeeeeee

rims bend because of driveing over curbs, potholes.

to be honest, after i lowered my dub, i drive more carefull, and i have way better cornering, handling, lower center of gravity, cool factor. lower in my case ftw. i just watch how i drive.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif air shocks can hold a shitload of weight...in the back of that honda is a huge box and two 15's....and it still rode like a caddy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I also had skinny rims, when the air was removed from the shocks it set the rear of the car on the ground.....

not really, in most cases it depends on the size rim, drop, for the need of smaller sidewall. how you drive on that wheel is what will cause problems.

but i do hate the way cars look with really small tires on a biger wheel, and too hight of a drop...

You can just lower your car on springs and ride on stock shocks but it wont be to comfy. My accords been sittin on progress springs and stock shocks for 4 years and im pretty dam used to it now. But i'm gettin AGX's because my trunk is way to heavy now and it bounces quite a bit. Springs will run you 75-$150 and you can install your self. A set of good shocks like AGX's will run you $300.

EDIT: I didn't read the whole thread so excuse me if I repeated something.

aj is your car lowered yet?
Nope... Im callin quits on that. ACTUALLY, im thinking of just going ricer springs... and maybe some shocks... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif maybe. I really need a new alt. thats why
