That's an ebay link for the Tein dampers. Height adjustability is up to 3.6 front and 2.7 rear, which is plenty to remove all fender gap. A seperate spring + shock combo would run you more than this, so I think this would be the best choice.

Ok Well I do have some money, just dont wanna spend it all on the car. Fine I guess I can go 700 MAX. WHats good out there that will minimize my fender gap? If I get these:
