if it can handle 1 ohm it will be fine if it cant it wont be playing long i guess

well if it isnt 1 ohm stable it will overheat may blow some mosfets or other power supplies....that is if their is no protection. If u have protect mode it will shut off and go into protect

MTX makes solid amps, which is why it is holding up. Chances are that with impedance rise you have well over a 1 ohm load, so as long as it's running there isn't anything to worry about.
