low level in to high level inputs?

So I'm pretty sure that my hu has low level speaker style (8 wires tot, +/- for each door speaker) outputs that end up at the stock amp. I'm planning on bypassing this amp but I don't feel like splicing in rca cables to all the stock wires just to go into my low level rca inputs on my aftermarket amp. I was wondering if taking all these low level wires and just hooking them up to the speaker-level inputs on my amp (Pioneer gm-6300F) would be a problem.
