I will be using a DLS Ultimate A5 amplifier which provides ~780 watts on the mono channel. I am not restricted on size or enclosure type. I would like to stay around ~$300.

I have a couple of Diamond Audio D9 subwoofers (10 and 15, but they all require upwards of 1200-1600 watts) and would not work well with ~780 watts ive been told.

I like deep bass, and so sealed is an option but if ported sounds 95% as good but 2x as loud I'd opt for ported.

why not spend the money on a new amp and power the D9 or both. they are supposedly to be a rediculous sq sub with getting prety loud

sorry didnt see they were different sizes. buy and amp and power one of them with the rms, you won't be dissapointed. i'd do the 15

I have 2 10s and 1 15 of the D9 line.

The amp is actually supposed to put out close to 1000 watts, if that helps any. I would like an IDMax, but it would very hard to find one new for ~$300.
