well total on the whole system prolly 2 grand so yea and it will goin into a show car im doin rite now in a honda prelude si, i know ricer it was cheap tho

I am curious if anyone has played around with the new Pioneer 8102 series. Looks like it could get pretty loud. I am liking the 12" more and more each day.

not to much is louder than a MT 18

edit just read prelude, maybe a MT15 or 12

with 2 grand and doing your own install you can get **** loud... if you want a single sub go big (15" or 18") and if you are going only for SPL let us know and I'm sure there will be plenty of suggestions..

This thread is useless...there are plenty of subs out there at different price ranges that can get stupid loud. You need to do more research and what it takes to make them loud as far as box design and construction, electrical, and keeping your charging system alive. There are two many variables to determine which sub will be the loudest in YOUR appication.

Research, learn, test, learn, research, drink a beer, test.....it never ends...
