Just take out the back seats, leave like 5" up top between the box/ceiling, and it's not technically a wall

Actually not true. Some pegs want below window lines. My org. Db drag. Is no more than 30" max tall. Including false floor or amp rack , and at least 13" from lowest part of the headliner above the box to be considered a no wall set up

Yea, depends on what organization. That's just one rule that I saw on CACO when someone was doing a *technically* non-walled Ranger with a few Sundown X-15's

How do you like them in that box with a 12" aero? I have 2 10" aero's in my current wall and figured I would be re building for more port area with the SHDs.

I really need to decide on which 4" coil subs to go with that will be worth spending the money on. The last thing I want to do is spend $2k on a pair of subs just to gain 1db

SHD or Sundown teams is what I'd do for 4" coils.

What kind of amp power do you have though? With a Taramps HD8k for each sub, you'd be louder with 3" coil subs. Did you upgrade to a bigger amp since the last time I looked at your build?

B2 X2C if you have the amp power to warrant a 5" coil
