Loudest Daily Driver?

Well let's see I have an Incriminator Audio Death Penalty with 1000 watts rms only on a sealed box. All that in my F-Body....low 140's. When I get my ported box built,(3 cubes, 50 sq in of port) I should be in the high 40's and possibly really low 50's.
EDIT: I forgot to mention, sub and port will be firing up directly into back glass.

in my cavy i had a 15" Incriminator DP, on a 1501d at .5 ohm, and i hit a 143db legal on the dash with the windows up. i had it in a 4ft^3 after port displacement box with 78.75in^2 of port area tuned to 32hz. and i hit that at around 43hz test tone. so there's not a chance you're hitting 40's with a 12 sealed and won't do 50's ported man. get 2 15's to even attempt.

Exactly, a 150 with a single 12 DP is possible, but with only 1000 watts it's not gonna happen unless you REALLY know what you're doing. even then most people would have to increase power well above 1k.

Pipo only does ~152 to music, I think Meade is around there or higher. Ho problems >all @bass race. I know of a certain forum members truck, who might be hitting over 150 with music once his install gets done.

Once the install is done, get it metered Bass race style and then come back and validate this. Otherwise IT DOESNT MEAN SHIT.

You will not be in the 50's. ESP. not on music.

Well maybe not all the time on music but ive got a few songs that have strong enough bass lines to push 32 volts rms into my 1 ohm wired DP.

EDIT : Here ill go ahead and rephrase what I said before just to make you people happy. On music ill prolly go close to 140-143. Pushing test tones, 145-148. I have slightly modified my amplifier as well, nothing major, just a little tweeking is all.
