Stout as fuck too, I wish i had the money right now to run a pair of those, I bet they've got pretty good mid bass.

The DD coaxials I had a while back got very loud, I would imagine it would be the same for the comp set. I have some lanzar opti6pm's here that are pretty beefy that I have yet to amp, I'm pretty sure they will get loud

I tried these for my Accord build and even after modifying the inside of the doors, I couldn't fit them in the factory hole.

I'd take a look at Incriminator Audio 6.5 comps. I haven't done a distance test, but when setting eq's, using 180 wpc amp tuned maybe half way, these puppies are loud and clear. I haven't tuned enough to emphasize bass, but my sub does that just fine.

I got mine from Pro Rabbit and he might have another set, if you are interested.

chalk up another for the RK6's. Because the price was nice (160 shipped) I said screw it and purchased a set, my infinity ref comps were hurtin bad. MAN...what a difference, I believe i'm feeding them right around 100wrms and they freakin scream. Midbass is very impressive and extends down surprisingly low. Tweets are fairly loud and not terribly over powering.

I'm also running a clarion EQ so there are a few changes. I definately recommend them, for the price, they're worth every penny

How clear are they (SQ)? They look pretty nice...

As clear as the night sky, through the eyes of the Hubble..

lol they sound pretty good! Our facebook page has videos of people doing distance test with them, and they do pretty well.

Not really a fan of the whole distance test thing, but check it out.

If you want your mids for dedicated vocals/highs..these would work out well.

Yea this is a draw back. The 6.5s are huge. Im lucky i have an impala all i needed was a 1/2 inch spacer and they were in

I have a 99 malibu think it'll fit about the same if I add a spacer? 4x6 stock

I think I would need a spacer as well, but I think I can make them fit.

So theres what, 3 votes for the Rk6s? Also.. what exactly does the sensitivity rating mean? Does that mean how loud at a certain wattage or something? My polks are 92db, the Rk6s are 90db.. so what is different that makes them louder?

Saw a set of those on CACO, actually local.. no tweeters though, and he wants 160$ for just the mids.. and theyre also used. He also said "The silk dome tweeters distort at higher power load."

My polk tweeters are neodymium, but they distort as well when turned up really really loud.
