Headrest monitor interfernce??

JHey guys I have headrest monitor interference and I thought it was maybe the HU so I brought out a mini home TV and the picture was clear so its not the HU. I tried other things as well like power the TV's through an ac to dc converter and still the same problem ocurred. Do I need a ground loop isolator for the rca's? idk what else to try.

I just tried different rca's and nothing. I tried to ground the rca's with bare wire still nothing. I got one to work then I connected a second one and it went back to the same old thing
