loudest 15 inch spl sub for under 120?

what is the 15" sub that is capable of the loudest spl sound levels for around or under 120...i know its an opinion but thanks!

If I remember right Shocker 15's were around that maybe a little more, And they are really loud, but not much SQ.

well you can run across them on ebay every now and then. Other than that I think Atomic Thunder is in the middle of releasing a new shocker sub line I tihnk.
